When I first saw this product, I thought "finally someone really understands, and anticipates what will make mycelium grow best". And my experience using the domes has borne this out. As an alternative to a monotub, this product is perfect for incubation and as a fruiting chamber, and is compact, lightweight, yet strong enough to be used in a variety of growing situations. It has built-in adjustable air vents and drainage troughs at the bottom, allowing a grower to keep just the right amount of moisture in the casing, and grow like a pro.

A+ for Midwest!

Very nice!

Cons:
I saw some people on forums using these and decided to buy 3 of these and some perlite to expand my 1/2 pint BRF jars and I will say, these do just as good of job if not better at fruiting cakes than my shotgun chamber totes I made myself. Now I can't figure out why everyone isnt using these!!?? Tray is sturdy, plastic dome is pretty thick and I love how the water droplets dont drip straight down on my cakes! 5 stars!

Works very well!

I like this a lot, it holds humidity great for colonization and has great airflow for fruiting.

I also used it as a spawn chamber for my rice, super convenient! The lid is a bit flimsy, but it works
