Always love midwest's products. Got some rapid rhizo plates as well. Im new to agar but i have zero complaints once again with midwest.

 

I made an error with inputting my address and the team was so helpful every step of the way with getting that issue rectified even though weeks had passed since the delivery estimate. Anyway, once that was solved, my order was shipped out and I have had no issues whatsoever with my product. I love the great customer service that accompanies their reliable products.
