Ordered the 5-pack and 1 plate came contaminated, contacted support with pictures and they didn't hesitate to offer a solution, either receive credit for the purchase or get a replacement plate so, I chose the replacement plate. I received my replacement order and they hadnt just sent 1 plate they sent another 5-pack free of contamination. Been buying from midwest for 2 years and highly recommend them.
