I bought 150 L vertical autoclave and the product was packed with care. The autoclave arrived without any damage.

   

Received my 150L autoclave 3 days after ordering! I set it up today and ran the first batch of millet and I am coming from using 4 41Q All American big heavy cookers on propane stoves. Hookup was fairly easy, I did it myself! My electric panel is in my garage so all I did was buy a male and female NEMA 30 AMP connectors and a new 220V breaker. I just inserted the 3 wires into the make connector, made an outlet right next to my panel and it plugged right in. I would hire an electrician if you don't know what you're doing but its no harder than adding an outlet. In fact, I almost was going to run an extension cord from my Laundry room dryer outlet but this was easier.



The autoclave was very easy to set up! Instructions were straight forward. just add water to get above the fill line, set the sterilizing temp, set the time and whether you want the unit to vent pressure at the end or turn off and slowly come down. I set mine for 3 hours and my grain came out looking like it should! The dual baskets make for easy loading and unloading!

Great unit, great tech support! Midwest knows their autoclaves! I was walked through every step and they also gave me tips on how to best use the machine with my bag type! 5*** Service all the way!

They were able to troubleshoot my issue with exploding bags and spent 30 mins on the phone and I was able to text them photos and they immediately told me exactly how to fix the issue! They also gave me some tips on settings and how to maximize my daily batches! They also have the cheapest shipped price too! Usually low price means crappy support, but they have gone above and beyond for me. 5 stars+++

I can't say enough about the tech support team they have here, I did not even buy one from them and purchased one of these used on Facebook Marketplace and was having an issue with an error code i could not find any answers to. I called and one of the techs walked me through. Turns out I was not adding enough water! DUH! You guys saved my week! I WILL BUY ALL MY SUPPLIES FROM YOU NOW<> THANK YOU! LOVE U GUYS!
