Quick delivery right to my garage door. Very well packed. Easy to use. Bags came out perfect except for three that burst. I usually build 5 pound bags, but was experimenting with some 8 pound bags in the mix. All burst bags were 8 pounds. Will stick to 5 pounds from now on.

I was doing pretty well with my All American, but my sales far outran my production. I needed a larger sterilizer, but balked at the price. I looked around and found the same model listed a lot cheaper, but I had to order it directly from China, and I wouldn't have anyone to talk to if I had any questions, and I had a lot. So I ordered from Midwest Grow, paid full price, and do not regret it. Kyle was great with helping me out with this, and when I went to the store last August he took the time to show me around and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend getting one from Midwest Grow. All around great folks to work with.

Guys were great over the phone, got my order pretty quick, run autoclave already with no issues. I would suggest making a better detailed instruction maybe with pictures. Overall not hard to figure it out.

I called with a question about my recent purchase, which came super fast! I talked to the autoclave tech and he spent 40 minutes going over all the features and setup with me, told me stuff I didnt even ask that has really helped our production schedule! This is a great machine so far and their support and knowledge of these machines is priceless. Would 100% buy from them again.
