Flow hood works better than I thought. Zero contam so far! Very easy to put together and so simple to store away when not using it.

I had mechanical issues with my first hood when it arrived. I left Bonsai a message late Sunday and received a return call the next morning. After talking through the issue, they sent me a shipping slip to return the first hood and built me a new replacement. I was contacted several times throughout the process and was even sent photos of the hood as it was being built and tested. Overall their customer service was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with.



The new hood arrived two days ago and works like a charm. I probably have 12 hours of run time on it and couldn't be happier. Very sturdy, easy to transport, and a great deal at the price. I would happily recommend this product to any hobbiest looking to make the leap from still air box to flow hood without breaking the bank.

I was having mold issues with my Bella Still Air Box I bought on Amazon.. So I had to get something to do agar with and you can't beat anything else at this price point. I had no problems assembling, only needed a screwdriver. I tested it with some agar and 3 days later all the plates are clean! Phew! Do yourself a favor and ditch the Still air boxes and you will thank yourself later on how much easier life gets with a flowhood, even a small one like this is all you need!

Had mold issues constantly here in Florida. This solved it! No more! So Happy!!!

It's a solid flowhood, lightweight, and blows clean filtered air like it should. The two side windows are nice, and I'm considering adding an extra one above too, to make a perfectly restricted space for lab work. Size is good for dish work, making spawn, liquid culture and cloning. When working with larger bags, take care not to break the laminar plane.



For the price and what you get, I recommend it.
