The reviews are true. Midwest Grow Kits have great customer service. I had a contaminated agar plate. I am usually the type of person that just leaves it be, but seeing reviews about how helpful and responsive they are, I decided to reach out not really knowing what to expect. And in less in 24 hours they got back to me and sent me a replacement. Greatly appreciated. The other dishes were good. Using it to test my liquid cultures (also gotten from them).
