How It Works:

1. Sterile Injection: Start by injecting your chosen genetics—liquid culture syringe, spores, or agar wedge—into the pre-sterilized jar through a self-healing injection port. Make sure to follow sterile inoculation procedures.
2. Incubation: After inoculation, incubate the liquid culture at the optimal temperature for your mushroom species (typically 76-82°F for grain-loving varieties). During this phase, spores begin to germinate, and mycelium starts to form at the bottom of the jar.
