This dehydrator works great at different temperatures. It has more alor more room than my other one.

I'm replacing my old dehydrator after 25 years which had no power switch, fan or temperature adjustment. I like that I can now dehydrate things with lower temperatures if I like and with the help of a fan. I've already used it a couple of times and I really like the quality and size as well as the extra large lid that gives you a lot of room in your top tray. I'm super happy with this purchase. Awesome dehydrator! Dries out really nice. I like to keep mine at a low temp a lil under 95 degrees. I noticed higher Temps in my experience takes away from the medicinal properties. I don't mind a few more days of drying to keep the medicine offical. Love midwest!
