I'm very happy with this dehydrator. It goes non-stop for days on end when it is mushroom harvest time, and after using for nearly three months, I've experienced no problems. The top shelf also fits the larger mushrooms, which is helpful compared to my other dehydrator, which won't take anything with a big cap. It also holds a lot of mushrooms. I have yet to run out of space.

As per usual product was shipped very fast and arrived well packaged. I've been eyeing this for a while but had purchased another dehydrator recently. The trays were just too short, it went back and I bought the Myco dehydrator. So glad I did. The trays are unlike any other in terms of size; perfect for mushrooms. I load it up before bed and let it run overnight. Worked well for beet root powder as well. I'll be trying some beef jerky in the future and various other healthy snack foods. Very happy with the purchase.
