This heating mat is perfect for getting your chamber to the perfect temp for colonization / fruiting/ etc. only thing that would make it better is some sort of markings so you can know exactly where your knob is set, but that’s just being picky. Also takes a couple hours of setting up and fine tuning to get your temp set just right, but once it’s set it holds the temp very closely without hot spots. Great setup, ordered a second one to just to have another year round incubation tank.

This liquid graphite heating pad works great. It is very efficient and cost effective!

The mat heats as it should, but I highly recommend buying the thermostat because without it, I was constantly adjusting to achieve desired temperature.

This product is very well suited. I do feel that it runs a little hot if you live in an already hot climate, in which case it puts the temperature range too high even at its lowest setting. However, this can be easily remedied by adding an extra layer of insulation between the pad and the terrarium. When used in cooler climates or cooler seasons, it is perfect.

This is a great heating mat. For me, the temperature can be dialed right in. I use this mat with the monotubs I purchased here and it fits perfectly. My house is rather chilly for most people and with using separate thermometer for my tubs (with the temperature probe inside the tub) I can dial in the temperature perfectly. Just make sure to follow the directions by placing a towel under the heating mat. I will be buying more of these. If your on the fence about getting one, just purchase it.
