Reusable food-grade silicone caps that go over your jar lids in the pressure cooker. They replace foil, shield lid filters and injection ports from direct steam, and are molded to shed condensation off to the side as jars cool, so water doesn't pool on the filter.
Rated to 400°F, well above pressure-cooker and autoclave temperatures. Sold in 6-packs for standard-mouth (70mm) or wide-mouth (90mm) jars; choose your size above.

I am a beginner and wasn’t sure about these tops vs using foil….they are easy to put on and are secure. They worked well
