The All-in-One Monotub Starter Kit pairs our 4 lb All-in-One grow bag with a Grower's Select 28Q monotub and 2 lb of extra CVG substrate. Colonize in the sterile bag, then move it into the tub for a much bigger fruiting surface. It's the easiest step from bag growing to monotubs, and everything fits in a 12" x 12" footprint.
Colonize in a sterile bag, then fruit across the full width of a monotub instead of just the top of a bag.
Bag, tub, filter disks, plugs, liner, extra substrate and spray bottle are included. You add spores or liquid culture.
The Grower's Select 28Q is molded for mushrooms. Wash it after harvest and run it again.
Inject 4–5cc of spores or 5–10cc of liquid culture through the self-healing injection port.
Keep the bag at 72–76°F. At about 50–75% colonization, break up the grain and mix it through the substrate, then let it finish.
Line the tub, break the colonized bag into it and mix in the 2 lb of extra substrate. Level, plug the holes and let it recolonize.
When the surface is white, pull the plugs, give it indirect light and mist to keep the surface humid. Pick each flush.
Why move to a tub: a monotub gives the colonized substrate a much wider, flatter fruiting surface than the top of a bag, with filtered air exchange through the tub's disks. That's where most bulk growers get their biggest flushes.
Need genetics?Use a Myco Labs liquid culture syringe, or for spore syringes and prints we recommend our friends at Spore Genetics and Premium Spores.
Just want one piece? The 4 lb All-in-One bag and XL 6 lb bag are sold on their own, and so is the Grower's Select 28Q monotub. The Canopy Cutter makes harvesting a monotub easier.
Only spores or liquid culture. Use 4–5cc of spores or 5–10cc of liquid culture, and shake the syringe well first.
A monotub spreads the colonized substrate into a wide, flat surface with filtered air exchange, which gives more room to pin than the top of a bag.
When the bag is fully colonized, break its contents into the lined 28Q tub and mix the extra substrate through it. Level the surface and let it recolonize before fruiting.
Yes. After your last flush, pull the liner, wash and disinfect the tub, and run it again with fresh spawn and substrate.
Colonize the bag at 72–76°F. Fruit at normal room temperature with indirect light and regular misting.
While they are technically the same style of bag, Myco Labs sells cultivation supplies only. Check your local laws and regulations before growing any species.
So far so good I haven’t had time to see my results but the product itself showed up fast. Great quality plenty of instructions and made my life so much simpler not having to build my own monotub everything I needed in one order !

This review was requested long before I know much about this product. It arrived intact with everything it was supposed to have.
I have bought a couple of kits from Midwest Grow Kits and they are the best the only ones that I will buy
