The Canopy Cutter is a monotub harvesting tool that slides under a dense canopy and cuts mushrooms cleanly at the base. The 8" curved handle gives you reach without lifting the tub or forcing your hand inside, and the carbide blade slices through stems instead of pulling them out of the casing.
A clean cut at the surface leaves no divots or torn-up casing, so the substrate is ready to rehydrate for the next flush. A blade cover is included for safe storage between harvests.

Twisting and pulling leaves divots and loose casing that can hold standing water. Cutting at the base leaves a flat, intact surface to rehydrate.
The carbide blade resists dulling, so it doesn't need frequent sharpening or replacement. The cover protects the edge, and your hands, in storage.
Wipe the blade with isopropyl alcohol before you open the tub.
Work the curved blade in at the base of the mushrooms, just above the surface of the substrate.
Slice through the stems in one smooth motion. Let the cut mushrooms fall onto your hand or tray instead of lifting them free.
Wipe the blade clean, let it dry and put the cover back on for storage.

Arrived fast! Very simple but is easy to use and does what it is meant to do! The blade included is high end brand that costs over $1.00! So very sharp and does not dull fast like cheap ones.
You actually can't beat this for the price! I struggled to harvest my tubs without pulling up substrate layer and getting a razor down there is a challenge! I used to pull the whole thing up with the liner but last time it slipped and broke it into bunch of pieces, had to toss it! The blade on this works well and you can actually swap it out for a new one easily!
