The basics for a clean injection in one small pack, so you do not have to buy needles, pads and gloves in bulk. You get five 16G Luer lock needles, ten alcohol prep pads, a pair of nitrile gloves and a face mask, enough for several inoculations of grain bags, jars or other substrates. The needles fit most spore and liquid culture syringes.

Clean the injection port with an alcohol pad.
Twist a 16G Luer lock needle onto your syringe.
Inoculate through the port, then dispose of the needle safely.
